I decided to change to much wider bars since restarting mountain biking, I found the narrower bars a bit disconcerting as I head towards my 60s - bit too skittish for handling the bike. This handlebar is a great fit for small hands with a narrower 18mm diameter for grips. I had Juliana grips on (had to cut them free) but they are no longer sold. A good quality child size grips would work.
