This is a fabulous County Map by Thomas Moule. This was originally published in 1830 by Moule who was one of the most distinctive and best loved of the Early Victorian Map Makers. Moule is often compared to his distinguished c17th predecessors John Speed and Joan Blaeu.

This is a copy of a map of the county of the Isle of Wight, England by John Speed and was initially printed in the 1600's. There is a also a small plan of the town of Southampton on the map. The map is beautiful, the colours are vibrant and overall it's in very good condition.

This listing is for an antique map of Nottinghamshire, with the full title "Notingamiae Comitatus olim pars Coritanorum". The map was created by Christopher Saxton and William Kip and published in the 1637 edition of William Camden's "Britannia". Christopher Saxton is known as the "father of English cartography" and was commissioned by Queen Elizabeth I to create the first comprehensive atlas of England and Wales, which was first published in 1579.
