I bought this labelling machine 4 years ago direct from the manufacturer. I have stored it and moved its location now and then but it has NEVER BEEN USED. It is in PERFECT WORKING ORDER, AS NEW and not damaged in any way. You are buying an as new machine. Because I have moved it occasionally and it is heavy, the base of the transport box had been damaged ( not the labeller ) and when I ship it I will reinforce the box bottom with duck tape and other material so it ships OK.
