Made from edible inks and wafer/ rice paper. For best results, you can use either icing sugar (the stuff that's power and you add the water) As long as it's not too runny and watery. Spread the icing all over the cake where the topper will go VERY THINLY, wait for it to be nearly dry (Tacky) then place the topper on top and press very gently, smoothing the topper from centre to edges.
