Outside has a few small scratches and scuffs, screen is slightly scratched with a few marks and nicks with a few small nicks on. - you can see in the photos the paintwork damage and scuffs - has been tested & reset - comes with a nice Luigi stylus but no charger - no SD card - overall pretty well kept
