In used condition - a few scuffs and marks on the outside - screen in ok condition too wirh just a few marks and some scratches that I have tried to photo- stylus and charger are included although I don’t think stylus is original - has been damaged slightly and doesn’t stay directly in the DS however works well - has been factory reset and is ready to play
