DON'T BE DUPED! Ready to fit and will hold 20 kilos but 15 kilos with the joist hook I send and fitting is easy, simply screw the joist hook to the ceiling joist/noggin then slip the internal sliding hook over it and secure the body in place with the collar screw on the sliding hook!
