Not entirely sure how to use it but when turned on & when handle down when the water boils water comes straight out the head. Lever seems really stiff also, can't imagine either of those things are right. Rubber seal round base has perished somewhat. No other functions tested. Used. Some marks, see photos. No porta filter or other accessories supplied. Mains lead short & will need a plug fitting.
