Screen has some small scratches / dots - some marks on the outside you can see in the image of the shell - comes with charger, stylus & Mario fam - some scuffs and scratches on the shell but just general wear and tear - reset - I am not 100% sure if the top screen is IPS so will not disclose as a yes or no, it seems better than average but not clear cut, so please bear that in mind - game cart area is exposed, no flap - there is a circle stain on the top seen also
