This is a c1930s vintage Conway Stewart No388 blue&black marbled lever filler fountain pen.It has a Conway Stewart 14carat gold nib which like the pen is in a very good condition but is sold as unworking so it would need a service to make it work and its measurements are 12.6cm long x 1.1cm in diameter.
