PLEASE NOTE - I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SPARES OR REPAIRS ITEMS. The machine doesn’t seem to pierce the pods at either end. I tested it maybe 10 times with different pods and it worked once out of the 10 (pierced the pod both ends). All other aspects of the machine seem to function fine. Slight crack in the side of the water tank (doesn’t leak or affect anything). Will be shipped safely and securely.
