This is a c1950s vintage Conway Stewart No28 cracked op ice pattern fountain pen.It has a Conway Stewart 14carat Gold M nib which like the pen is in an excellent condition but the pen is sold in an unworking condition so it would need a service to make it work and its measurements are 13cm long x 1.3cm in diameter.
