Our Toners (T) enrich the tone on the palest blondes from shade 9 or lighter. You’ll neutralise warmth or add a creative finish to pre-bleached or naturally light hair. Mix 1 part of Toner with 2 parts of NXT Releaser 5 Vol (1.5%) or NXT Developer 10 Vol (3%).
