A very rare picture book circa 1909 (as hand written on first page with owner's name - see photo) The condition is poor but acceptable for its age. Several pages are loose from the binding and there is no page numbering. It is suspected that there may be two pages vis 11 and 12 missing shown by the probable story line discontinuity in the last photo. A collector's acquisition.
