Three wines are produced at the winery: the grand vin, Château Laffitte Carcasset; Le Reflet de Laffitte Carcasset – the second wine; and Le Corsair de Laffitte Carcasset. Unusually (for the region as a whole), a white wine based on Chardonnay is slated for production.
