The back is coming off a tiny bit (side where the power button is) but this usually has to intentionally be triggered for it to come off. In addition, there's an occurence where if you unplug a charger from the phone, then plug it in again, doing that repeatedly would cause the phone to instantly lose 1-2% battery.
