The item is complete. The bands and attachments are new in original packaging and never been removed. The poster is new. The only imperfection is that the carry bag is a bit scruffy, it has pen marks on one side and a “tear” in the bottom. It’s still usable if needed at all. Lastly the box is a little tatty as it was sent from Amazon directly and has postage labels on it.
