This was been replaced by Dell but subsequently failed again. Since then I have not troubled to replace it. NO DRIVE IS INCLUDED JUST THE FACE PLATE AS SEEN IN THE PHOTO. CADDY IS MISSING BUT A NEW DRIVE CAN BE INSTALLED FINE WITH PARTS SUPPLIED.
