This is a really nice example of a vintage travel alarm clock made in Japan and branded TIM. The face has white numerals on a black ring with luminous inserts on the face and hands. In brown leather folding hard case. Both the case and mechanism are marked Made in Japan. Probably dates from the late 20th century at some point. Thanks for looking.
