Inside the box there is an SD card with the program loaded on to it or there is downloadable software from XYZ site. The box has been opened and the contents checked and re-boxed and re-sealed. You can check your Pc is compatible by looking on XYZSCan_Handysetup_3.6.1 from the internet or use the 16Gb SD card in the box.
