This product is a special signed version of the Sega Mega CD game Sonic CD by creator of Metal Sonic and Amy Rose- Kazuyuki Hoshino. Signed during the Summer of Sonic event in 2013. (please see attached screenshot of event and details). Includes original case, disc, signed front sleeve but NO manual. Few scuffs and crack to plastic case, as seen in pictures.
