Set comprises of 20 x plastic roller tarpaulin cleats with 10m of black elasticated bungee cord. Elasticity of bungee cord +50% of length e.g. 1m stretches to 1.5m. Cleats 25mm dia. Roller cleats can be attached to trailer by pop rivets, screws, bolts etc (not supplied).
