It'sa nice tight fit that won't move once on the standoff it. It was designed that the hole in the buzzer goes to the hole in the bottom of the mount but you can put the cables through the hole and buzzer can go towards the top orientation is up to you just make sure the hole in the buzzer is at an opening.
