A synthetic material similar probably nylon, the texture is similar to backpacks. All the zips are fully working and it is in good clean condition apart from the small patch of mildew seen in the photo it will probably clean off with some very diluted bleach, I have not tried. It has not got an item number so I am assuming it's a more modern bag, it seems very strong and adequate for it's purpose. It is made in China and probably has it's roots with the Fender manufacturing placement commission over there as it is sporting the original Fender logo.
