Dell Inspiron 13 5368 - i5-6200U 2.3GHz - 4GB DDR4 -240GB SSD This laptop is in good working order. It has one physical defect - small damage at the back of the left bottom corner of the lid. Also the 'shift' button does not work. The capitals are managed with the right 'ctrl'.
