This is made by brushing the cotton until it goes soft and fuzzy giving the pattern a blurred appearance on the outside, the inside is not brushed. There is a large pouch pocket with flap and velcro fastening on the front, perfect for storing your wallet/purse, phone etc. wooden toggles to fasten at the neck.
