the HDD is healthy and good condition it has some marks/light scratches but the performance is not affected. it doesn't have a lot of Power on Counts and hours, very light usage. it has been tested, please check all the pictures. you'll get just the HDD , nothing else, it uses a usb 3.0 cable which you can acquire cheap anywhere. these are 100+anywhere you look, and my price is under the market price. thank you
