This unit was purchased in 2021 as a spare part for the hot air gas boiler in the Church hall. Unfortunately, the boiler was condemned by our gas engineer last winter and replaced with electric fires. Hence, this new starter unit is now surplus to our needs and hence the price at half its original cost
