It has been tested, updated and reset. Apart from some light scratches on the screen it’s in great condition and includes the original box, inserts and the genuine unused Apple earphones The battery charged well (no swelling) and performed well during testing but please be aware this is over 10 years old so the battery performance will not be as quoted from new. New battery replacement kits are available and most phone repair shops can renew your batteries if required. See photos for condition
