The ball is NOT INCLUDED. This is just the resistance bands that turn your exercise ball into a multifunctional piece of equipment. Also the only negative review on Amazon was that they thought it came with a ball, so I'm making it clear on this. 😂 Great piece of kit, I had 2 sets I used one myself also, but I bought a spare, just in case... alas I've not had to use it, so I'm selling it.
