If you’re installing Hive Heating on an OpenTherm- compliant plumb zoned system, all OTR1 receivers must be set to standard (relay) mode. This is position two on the switch inside the OTR1. Hive newest single channel receiver (Mode OTR1) supports both Standard (Relay) Mode and OpenTherm Mode.
