Antique Parian ware hand holding vase with a cuff, made circa 1860s. It is bisque /Parian ware, signs of glazing on the ring and pearls around the cuff. May-be the vase was used to take cast of, the dust is not coming off in normal wash, I did not try though any chemicals to remove it.
