Unusual combination of porcelain and brass fashioned into a fluted vase shape with brass top and bottom and porcelain in the centre. The original labels are still attached. On the porcelain 'Handwork Delftware W.B.Leersom Made in Holland'. and on the base "Manufacturer W Bomas. Leersom - Hand painted Delftware - needs no polishing". Maybe the last bit no longer applies ! Felt on the base to protect surfaces.
