This is a set of 3BA (British Association) spring washers, made from steel. These have a grey colour finish, I am unsure of the plating but they might possibly be galvanised. 3BA 0.172 in (4.37 mm) 0.300 in (7.61 mm) 0.061 in (1.56 mm).
