This console has been tested, fully working and has been set to factory settings. There is wear and tear from use such as, a bit of the plastic is broken near the right trigger, scratches and scuffs around the unit (see photos), light scratches to the top screen with light wear to the bottom screen, nothing that would affect the use of this item.
