Lead button. 1703-1714. Pas recorded find. Description. A Post Medieval lead alloy nummular button probably depicting Queen Anne dating from AD 1702-1714. The button is discoidal, with the edges slightly curved back.The button is decorated with a left facing bust of Queen Anne, the legend is not readable. On the reverse in the centre are two projections, this is the remains of the button loop. It is concave on the reverse. The button is a grey colour, and measures 20.6mm in length, 18.9mm in width and weighs 3.17g.
