Vintage silver-plated lidded butter dish marked PSL Sheffield England. Features a decorative gadroon border with floral corner motifs and an ornate handle. Includes the original glass liner and inner tray in great condition, no chips. Likely made between the 1930s and 1950s. The base is stamped with the maker’s mark. In good vintage condition with surface wear and minor plate rubbing consistent with age. Approximate size 12 cm x 9cm which is a smaller size than normally produced. Ideal for an afternoon tea.
