This is exquisite. I can’t quite date it but I think 80s or 90s. It’s velvet with contrast collars that look like silk. It has lovely fold back double cuffs. It has diamanté buttons. Estimate is 8-10. Tiny flaws in that a few diamantés are missing (4?)
