Looks like a little solvent has been spilt on the plastic display, not in the area of the numerical display. (see photo) Has a non original power supply. Looks like it has the original power sticker on it (see last photo). Don’t know how safe this is. Might be worth buying a new one. Year of manufacture 1998 Comes with instruction manual. No returns.
