This is an Artemis Bb clarinet, it's a typical budget Chinese clarinet made from brushed plastic. It is sun-faded on the top side and the logo on the bell has faded off. However I have checked it over and can only find one small scratched key and there is a tiny amount of lacquer coming off the throat A key.
