Our babouches are made using soft supple organic leather which has been processed naturally without the use of nasty chemicals such as chromium. The leather is hand dyed i with natural vegetable dyes and our babouche maker then cuts the leather and hand makes the babouche with a traditional skill that is passed down from generation to generation keeping the artisanal craft alive.
