Amazon Echo Dot 4th Generation (B7W644) - Spares or Repair. It powers on but seems to be stuck in a boot loop or something, the light circle just continues to spin and never gets to a setup point. I've tried suggestions from online but can't get it to reset. There are some dirty marks in the item. The 15W power cable is included.
