Used condition with a few marks as can be seen in photos but works fine. Comes with Sonic the hedgehog and a sd card. Comes with a charger but unfortunately NO PEN as it has been lost! No box for the game or the Ds itself. The game will be in the Ds along with the Sd card. Thanks
