This is a complete system, ready for installation, consisting of two room thermostats, one boiler control relay, nine smart radiator valves, cabling, mounting plates and accessories. The system was recently decommissioned due to house renovation but works perfectly. Easy to install but you would require the central heating boiler manual in order to connect the control relay to the boiler. Also required is the Netatmo Energy app for Android, Apple and/or Windows.
