It is best to assume this phone is locked to a network, but it is not mine originally so I do not know which. I do not have a SIM available to find out unfortunately. All buttons seem to work, but I cannot get to the screen to try the camera etc due to no SIM. The battery charges, and a Motorola charger is included. Condition seems generally good, with minor wear/marking.
