Some sort of Vari Inductor maybe uhf comprising twin silver plated tubes with sliding concentric silver plated tube inside as well as small ( about 10 mm tube down the middle with another concentric tube fitting inside that) 4 plessey/pye ( can’t remember which they are) co-ax sockets fitted to each end of tube Tubes slide in and out with rotary driven rack Pointer on one end against a scale marked 0 - 10 Really nice collectors piece if nothing else!!
