Very Heavy Jointer Jack Plane 4.2 Kg With A 2.25" Iron The total length of the shoe is 25 inches or expressed in centimeters that is 63.2 CM. The total diameter of the shoe or width is two inches and 7 16 or 7.3 cm. It looks like the iron is made by Peugeot freres. I think that handle of the plane is beach rather than an exotic wood like the body and the handle has a break at its base that has been repaired. Please see the photos. A lovely heavy plane in quite a nice condition.
