The design is actually more in line with a water ewer, possibly for hot water as a pose to coffee. The handle has the 'WMF 1/0 XO' stamp. It has a fairly flat decorated pedestal base or foot, with a wide flaring stem, then a narrow conical body with a low mounted swan neck spout.
