Purchased new in June 2021. Home use only (once or twice most week days). In good condition but started giving error code 14. I cleaned out the unit as there was a build up of ground coffee but was unable to fix the error; I think there is a faulty sensor. Selling for repairs or spares. The unit comes with the welcome pack and milk holder, but not the original box. It has an EU plug with UK adapter (provided by the company when it was purchased). Also including 3 spare water filters.
