QVC 925 sterling silver opal gemstone & tiny diamonds adjustable bracelet. Many of the QVC opals claim to be Ethiopian. I don't know if they are natural or not but I am leaning toward that they are synthetic or man made. The diamond are very small and I was unable to get an accurate read. The bracelet is really nice and has beautiful blue opal colors in it as you look at different angles.
